Good news for GRAMMY-award lovers! The 62nd Grammy Awards are very near, airing 26th Jan on CBS. Originally GRAMMY awards were called ‘Gramophone Award’ but later it was stylized as GRAMMY. The awards are presented to recognize achievements done in the music industry. May 4, 1959, was the date the first Grammy awards ceremony was held.
